Error rates have returned to normal benchmarks. We have more work to do to understand the root causes here, but users should now be able to use Linear as expected. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know at support@linear.app.
We're investigating elevated error rates and reports of users seeing "Error loading workspace data" messages.
We uncovered a bad deploy which we have reverted and things are now fixed. Thanks for your patience while we resolved this.
We've received reports that users are unable to create new issues in Linear and are currently investigating.
We are investigating reports of degraded performance and delayed tasks (e.g. webhooks, imports).
The issue has been resolved and tasks should be running as normal. Data should not have been affected and most delayed tasks should now run or will run shortly. A few specific tasks may need to be rerun (e.g. Linear links posted in Slack during the incident will not unfurl automatically).

Error rates have returned to normal levels and users should no longer be experiencing slow performance in Linear.

We are investigating reports of slow performance and issues logging into Linear.
This issue is now resolved. We are continuing to investigate the root cause. If you run into further problems, please try restarting your browser and reach out to us for support.
Restarting your browser will allow Linear to run normally. We're continuing to address the cause of this issue.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. A recommended workaround is to use the Linear desktop app or a browser that isn't Chrome.
We are currently investigating login issues to the Linear app and web version for a subset of users.
