From 8:42 AM PT to 5:16 PM PT on December 15th, you may have experienced an issue where viewing or editing an issue or project document at the same time as another user may have deleted some or all of the content. We introduced this bug in a fix we deployed for an unrelated editor bug, and missed this problem in testing.

We received one customer report which prompted us to investigate, at which time we discovered the issue and quickly reverted.

We take data loss issues very seriously and regret any inconvenience this may have caused for you and your team. We are confident this has been fixed and will look into improving how we test changes related to collaborative editing to avoid similar problems in the future.
